Elisa has made enormous strides during her time at the shelter. She has blossomed into such a flirty girl who seeks attention. We must admit, she's very particular with her likes and dislikes but it's due to her confidence still growing. Elisa is a tiny girl, but behind that petite body is a bold character. We know she'd thrive with someone who loves her quirky nature.
